The Importance of a Goal in Your Business

I'm not an advisor and I've never been an advisor. So my role very specifically was to come in and run the organization. And so I would say at its core, we decided we wanted to grow 10 times in 10 years. That's how we set about every year was how we were going to get there. It strappellates down into figuring out when you're going to need additional advisors or support team. You can't do everything yourself. You need to be able to outsource or insource,. If you can bring the people in, do it, but you can't doEverything, that's for sure.
