Never give equity to anybody that you, that could be worked for hire. When someone owns something, they take care of it like it's their own. And it's hard to find that through just an employee who's not super vested. You give somebody a paycheck, they're going to do a job. But if someone owns it, there's just another level of like, go hard totake care of it.

You were made for abundance. One of the barriers could be that you aren't fully aligning with what's right for you. Abundance may not look like what another person's looks like. You must know what you need in order to live an abundant life. It isn't money for everybody.
Making money alone won't give you the feeling that you are looking for. Some people think that "money is the root of all evil". This is an incorrect statement and scripture. It's your relationship to money that can be the root of all evil. The wrong relationship with money will leave you feeling miserable and confused because you'd think that you should be happy when you have everything that you could ever want.
The real purpose and fulfillment comes when you help others achieve a level of abundance for themselves. But, this starts with becoming someone different. The person who realizes the abundance within them will behave differently toward money. They understand that money serves them. They don't serve the money. And the abundance starts from within. This means that you realize your worth and what you have to offer this world. Once you realize that you also realize the responsibility to not keep it to yourself without fear of running out of the worth that's within you.
