How to Be a Successful Product Manager in a Startup

I didn't use my degree basically at all and I did three startups right out of school and then went to concur. The next thing you end up doing is working for property meld which is a local prop-tech startup they raised some series A money. You really join as kind of the first product manager which I would think would be hard but overall it was an amazing experience.
