The EU's Chemical Strategy for Sustainability in 2022

The growing backlog of PMN reviews has certainly been a big concern for industry. EPA did not get as significant a funding boost as it requested from Congress and there's a substantial backlog of cases to get through. Even if the agency does start to pick up the pace I think the reality is that we're going to continue to see lots of delays for bringing new substances to market.
