I don't know how many people listening are going through what you're going through, whatever's keeping you awake. But a lot of us can probably relate to the feelings. I figured I would rehearse on being an expert on geothermal energy. And that is another thing I say. Thank goodness I'm not alone. Because in the deep dark night, it can feel that way. You deserve a good night's sleep. and ideally have a bedtime you could at least feel neutral about or look forward to.
