The Importance of Choose Your Battles Wisely

We're not supposed to be in a fight mode all of the time. A warrior doesn't just fight any battle. He only fights battles where there is a spoil. We need to choose our battles wisely. If we make the mistake of engaging in every battle that comes along and we're constantly defending ourselves then we're not gonna have the energy we need to fight the battles that do matter. I think about David as a shepherd boy his father asked him to take his brother's lunch that were out on the battlefield. They had a much more prestigious position.
