The Rise of Office Space in the United States
New York seems to be coming back raises the question of those that if you're there three days a week, can you do the sort of hot desk that allows you to use half the space? San Francisco and St. Louis stand out as two real basket cases. I'm kind of fascinated that return to office is 55, 60% in the US, but Europe is running 90, 95%. Whether that's better mass transit, shorter commutes or smaller houses where you can't just set up a home office as easily as we do here.
