Putin Is a Data Collector

I don't think there's any question that he was always intending to invade Ukraine. Putin is a data collector, and I think he uses the little hairs on the back of his neck to figure out when he can do what he wants to do. The response actually now needs to be exponentially accelerated. And the risk is, well, we don't want to world war, but I think that's gone out the window.
