Yamamoto's Strategy in the Second World War
A key moment in the collapse of negotiations was the so called hull note. This was the final proposal that the us delivered to japan, demanding they withdraw their forces from china and indo china. The idea was to go after were called capital ships. Capital ships were the backbone of any navy. Obviously, whatever else they could find in the harbor they would attack. And they did on the day in question. I asked steve to tell us more.
