Is it in law that they have to set standards every so often or is this going to be like a setting new standards every year or two years or three years forever? Or like, how does it work going forward? The one country that has probably the most significant ethanol industry other than the US is Brazil. And they make ethanol from sugarcane, which is more efficient than corn, but I think it's still subject to similar carbon opportunity costs problems.
