Larry Kudlow: The Fed's job is not done. What I would like to see them do is go back to a price rule, olive ochre, which would be a spot commodity price rule. If you can increase the supply of goods and services, you will very much bring inflation down. We really need to expand the supply side with tax cuts, spending restraint, deregulation,. free trade, as well as trying to control the monetary side, which is the Fed's balance sheet.
