Is There a Dubious Tax Code?
I hate hearing about special carve outs and substance use to the tax code from the people who created them. I think that in general, we allow people to carry forward losses against future income and profits is a good thing. Even if it sometimes means someone's like Donald Trump, you know, gets to pretend like he doesn't have any income for tax purposes.
