I think what used to happen was maybe 10 years 15 years ago out like yourself would say get off these media platforms it's a waste of time but it's something much more dangerous than that you're actually changing the way you think because you're consuming this. The most powerful people in this world is not the president of America certainly the prime minister of the UK it's the social engineers at Google Facebook and Twitter that are writing that algorithms as they are literally rewiring brains.
