Veganism and the Land Use Aspects

The land use aspects of veganism are controversial, aren't they? I mean, there's some people who say that it requires an awful lot of land to raise that many vegetables. There's a lot of research that does show grazing and animal livestock production can actually be part of what is often these days called regenerative agriculture. And we know that actually, Marx talked about this actually how using animal manure to aid soil fertility is like a huge way of improving agriculture.
