For me, lock down is my biggest spher its isolation, loneliness away from friends and family. I've only had he panic attacks, ans i'm still alive. When you're in the middle of a panic attack, the last thing you want to do is unclench your body. You just want to hide. But when you do it, it suddenly helps you. And if you wold, fake it till you make it,. Put your shoulders down, give a smile and act like you are not nervous, you're not stressed, you are absolutely fine. It will start telling your mind that that's the case, and then things will start getting better.
