The more that I'm involved in something, when things aren't fresh, my daily excellence level goes down a little bit. One thing that really changed the game for me was implementing weekly rhythms that I went 100% follow and don't stray from. When it's been emotional based, whenever I'm not seeing things straight in front of me, it's kind of easier to say, okay, we got to get these things done today.
