The FTC Blocking the Microsoft Activision Deal
The SEC has refused to answer the question of whether coins and tokens are securities. Jay Clayton's last day at the SEC was the day before Coinbase went public. He ended up working with Eric Peters, a friend of mine, who is One River asset. I don't think it's great for business, but let's acknowledge we have an FTC that's blocking the Microsoft Activision deal. It's not going to happen.
