Kids will benefit massively and adults probably from learning to defend themselves. Grappling wrestling jiu-jitsu is really good for learning about your body gymnastics great option but just don't let them not. I think tennis could be brilliant if you were interested in them. If you had to choose between tennis and golf, you're probably choosing tennis because it's a more dynamic sport.
