Property Investors New Zealand was incorporated in October 2019. The director and the shareholder is a guy called Craig Douglas, who's based down in Christchurch. But there is someone who claims to be the owner called David Blake. We can't say anything about their projects. I haven't seen any of the quality of their builds. You'll hear more about him shortly.
