The Problem With Parking Illegally

Sydney man was fined $283 for parking illegally in his own driveway. He lives in an apartment block on a street and he's got a little driveway. The back wheels are almost on the footpath. You can find someone that's actually breaking the law, not someone that's just parked in their driveway. They're in a wheelchair. This guy's charged $283 and he couldn't get out of it. I've done some Googling, you know, in New South Wales, you can be fined $126 for having bald tires. It's because it's a it's very dangerous. You didn't even know tires had hair.
