Vermeer and Rembrandt
I think Vermeer is a really, really interesting and good presence for you in your book. He's just got that muddy, dark quality that a lot of times I'm like, I appreciate it. And there are many actually certain stills from Portrait of a Lady on the Fire,. Just brilliant, and bolds and light coming, really natural light coming through. It's interesting too, we touched on like self-portiture earlier. And that's where it's all this big, big combustion in the 17th century.
