The Irish Economy in Terms of Activity Levels

None of our members were impacted by the exits in March. So we'll have a better sense of what the shape of this thing is in the next week or two. We're seeing, yes, certain organizations are pausing some decisions, but again, those decisions tend to be made outside of Ireland. Where you're working for an Irish blue chip company, decisions being made here, we're not seeing any real slowdown in the technology that's underpinning some of those changes. It's very difficult to find another content-molarated job, I guess. A lot of these people have language skills, which are still hugely useful for us in Ireland. And then we obviously work with other
