Taiwanese Taikun Robert Zao has pledged 33 million US dollars to help train civilian fighters. He's trying to fill in the holes to make up for the lack of a property defense strategy that the government should be addressing, he says. I have a hard condition that prevents me from actually enrolling in the compulsory two-year military service at a time. But it doesn't mean that I don't want to know about our defense strategy and get training in cybersecurity and automatas when time comes. So I think the connection between people who are willing to contribute and national defense is the bridge that we're building.
