Search engines had not been in the draft or the parliament draft. But what this report said was that search engines were going to have take down, staydown obligations. A filtering mandate like that would be exactly what europe had this major policy battle over just a couple of years ago in the copyright directive. And there was incredible opposition to having any nd of filtering mandate it none the less passed.
