I think what you've seen over the past week or so is that the regional banks are going to contract lending because they are really concerned about their deposits with deposits exiting their balance sheet. I think one positive sign from Credit Suisse's, I remember yesterday, it was a lot of panic. The Swiss government stepped up at the end of the day. If a SIFI were to fail, the problem for Wall Street, its investors, everybody else, fewer options are not a good thing.
