Change Makers - Pattern Recognition

Everything is about pattern cognition, right? If we're not a getting the results that we want in construction, to tie it struction specifically, that's based off of a pattern. We have to have people that can see the problems and the risks in anything. You will not make change if there's no motivation. And ah, yes, we look for the positives. But again, you're optimists. The people that don't speak up in any organization are the most dangerous people because they're not looking at the risk. They're not double checking their work. This is the definition of change makers. So let's go through these one by one.
