Cavana asked multiple times why the court is better suited than congress or the states to referee a highly devisive fight that pits the interests of pregnant people, sking abortion, against the interests of fedal life. One interest has to prevail over the other at any given point. And there w'll be different answers in mississippi than new york because theyre two different interests at stake,. and the people in those states might value interests somewhat differently. But when it comes to this argument about 15 weeks, then i don't have any argument against that.
