Credit Swiss' AGM in Zurich
Bloomberg Intelligence's Alison Williams talks about the credit Swiss AGM. She says it seems odd that UBS would have to hold an annual general meeting at the same time, but she doesn't know what difference this will make. The government skipped shareholder votes and now shareholders are basically not having a say in terms of this coming deal,. So, I think it's just perhaps a lot of the statements coming out of it are people having their say verbally, even though they're not able to exercise the rights that a typical shareholder would have.
