The biggest impact from the war there has been on the financing markets. The other arguably biggest challenge, which I alluded to earlier was pricing. There's still a bit of a mismatch between what sellers think and expect they can get for their assets. So this kind of rebalancing needs to go on before they kind of hit a new equilibrium.
