Some of the best leaders in my school do not have a title of leadership, if that makes sense. It's just like on a team, you know, you may name a player a captain. Bcause thou're an alete player. Coaches do that all the time. But this generation, i think tht what you've got to realize, and coach ors have to realize, is you must be relational,. No the exesnoe know what's going on, but if you're not relational it's not going to go as well as it could.
