Nurses are reporting being burned out like they never had been before. Nurses say that relentlessly chaotic conditions are causing career professionals to seek jobs at hospitals with better staffing ratios or leave the field. Altogether, this is the worst it's ever been in health care says mary adamson - a nurse at temple hospital. The next time you drive by a picket line of nurses and see something on the news about another nurses strike, just realize that they are probably fighting for the right to be able to do the best job that they can do for their patients.
