He’s funny and honest, and shares how meditation has helped him handle conflict and everyday annoyances with those who matter most in his life. I think he's taught most of us more about meditation and anxiety than almost anyone. He discusses tools for learning meditation--especially for those who say they can’t sit still (like most of us.)
