Is There a Cold Bitter Anger?

Anger can be expressed in a lot of different ways as well. I was struck looking at the Bible that the hot explosive anger is very dangerous. The cold, nursed anger that's that just goes on being it may not be expressed in hot words but there's a cold bitter anger brewing up. When anger gets frustrated, and it's neither it's neither played out in revenge, nor is it dealt with in the heart that it can lead to depressive illness.
