Michael Wolraich: I want to get granular here. Why don't you start with the initial joining Liberty Mutual and kind of that first day where they just kind of look at you and say, here's the phone. How does that unfold for you at that early time? This experience with Liberty Mutual, this shaped you. It was a real crucible for me. You know, it was a forced choice because the last thing I ever wanted to do, Michael, was to get into the insurance business. That sounded to me like something that, you know, people did when he'm around my kitchen table trying to eat dinner with his family.
