i think that being willing to put yourself in a position where you might not be as immediately successful as you want, but in a much smaller contained capacity, like trying an experiment, is better than making a big transition into a brand new job. If thereare ways that you can just bite off a little chunk of that fear and a litle bit of that uncertainty and test it out first to help make really strategically inform decisions in the future, then that seems like the best thing you can do for yourself. i'm excited to get into our six different ways to design an experiment like this.
