Isolating the Taliban Is Misguided
The banking system isn't working. The finance minister in the central bank don't have the staff to run themselves. Public sector staff are not getting paid. People dependent on small business can't make payments. And so this is a punishment strategy, collectiv aenishment willis it's misguided. O this policy is squeezing the whole country. I mean, and do you actually think that if these spigots were open to the tarlaban and well get to conditions in a second, that they could run a country and stave off famine and starvation?
