All 21 passengers that were stuck mid air overnight in two ram cars have been cued. The incident occurred on the sandy peak tramway on new year's eve, as employees of a mountain top restaurant were going home after finishing their shift. Officials say the tram stopped midway as there was an unusually fast accumulation of ice on one of the cab.
