I hit a glass ceiling at quite a young age and it took some time really before that would become something that would be able to be broken I think. In the UK of course there's been this sort of if you're like well you know I could call myself a kind of Brexit refugee today but I would say that that begins really with the whole way in which in this island that we live on people have been very exclusionary, he says.
