What's the Goal of the Programme?

The goal of a programme is to perform, not teach. What's most closely tied to performance is that individual's engagement and their motivation. If you have somebody in the gem that is engaged and motivated, they're going to get better. And it would be hard to not perform with engaged, motivated players or engage motivated students. That's what all this stuff from climate is about - creating an environment where people are more likely to want to do well.
