The data shows me that the less we need to be supporting our children financially, the less that we allow them to rely on us as parents. Happy retires spend on average, less than 500 bucks a month on their dull kids. The unhappy group actually spends over 700 dollars a month. There was no diminishment in happiness whateverwithtwith a second marriage at all. Those who happen to have been married a second time seem t seem to have no hit towards happiness.
