The FCC's Role in the Security of Consumer Data
CNN's John Sutter says he thinks the FCC will spearhead a voluntary program to monitor fitness trackers and other wearable devices. He says it makes sense that they would do so, since this falls in line with their remit. The competitive market is likely to take advantage of such programs, Sutter says.
