The energy minister, sonia savage was hiliting a figure of one point two eight billion dollars. That's not measuring how much foreign money actually went to campaigns opposing oil and gas development in alberta. Some of this money, it's not clear it even had anything to do with alberta per se. More than 400 of that million were directed to ducks unlimited.
