The Importance of Perception in Workplace Violence

There's definitely a changing dynamic in what workplace behavioral expectations are. In those kinds of workspaces where violence is kind of part of the occupation, the occupation may even rely on violence as a form of productive labor. So this is very almost structural functionalist of us. If we're thinking about our three schools, thought, but I thought structural functionalism wasn't a thing anymore, but I guess. And it's not a goal. But there is value in looking at things through a structural functionalist lens as an exercise.
