Why Stop Lights Aren't the Priority in the City?

Jeff: I think some of why saint louis drivers are such maniacs is people feel frustrated when things seem nonsensical and they have to keep so at lights where there's no one on the other side. A lin linberg, also known as kirkwood road, decreases from four lanes to two lanes for about six or so blocks. And again, i think those of us who are always in a hurry need to think about how we enjoy these little walkable areas. If that means less bumper finder benders, if that means safety, i'm on board.
