Are We Lacking Leaders?
Ike: Having a common language makes it easier to have hard conversations. I've heard so many coaches over the years, as i'm sure you have as well, just state almost a blanket statement of lit we're lacking leaders right? We need leaders to step up. Ike: For me, the followership gives me the ability to lead at all times. Even when it's not my responsibility, in this moment, and i'm not in that follower role, i can still be a leader. Thats us how i think, as how i operate. It's actually been my most effective way in that world to change them into the leader they want to be.
