The Power of Meditation

Sally Kohn: I feel like the past four years have been a big shift for me. The practices that I teach about meditation, morning practice, I've been doing them now for over 10 years. When we these practices are all around tapping into the true self, which is our authentic self, past the fear, past the mind chatter, this is what I'm so passionate about. She says there is this resource inside of us; it's often dormant part of our personality but really stable and very calm.
