Connecting the Arms to Legs

With younger athletes, usually the thing that they're. haven't developed yet is really connecting the arms to legs in like a arm straightening as it comes down towards the bottom type man or a lot of them are more rotational and they just haven't. I don't want to call it core strength guys, because I've given people like David wax pulsers before and instantly they're they get connected. So clearly they have the core strength. Even with not having your arms, you have a greater awareness of what your spine and all those little spinal muscles that connect are doing, having a ball and rotating. You have to have an awareness of how that's connecting down into the bottom.
