Bar's Independent Judgment on Mueller's Report

The one thing that bar really does have to answer for that he hasn't been asked yet is his independent judgment to exonerate the president on obstruction of justice we've just spent a huge amount of time debating whether or not Mueller should have reached a judgment. The ground on which bar reached a contrary prosecutorial conclusion against what seems to be such a great weight of evidence supporting the the affirmative value of a prosecution even if Mueller didn't want to say it so that's a big gap and I want to know although Paul it's kind of odd for you to both criticize Mueller for not making a judgment as the essential task of a prosecutor and criticize bar for them turning around and making the judgment but I
