There is this notion that the universe is not just expanding, but accelerating in its expand. And there's this other issue, which is that if you look at things from a particle f physics perspective, and measure how things should be repelling each other,you get a rather different number. A hundred and 20 of them. You see how far out the figures are? Well, t it's even worse than that, in a sense, because the real answer is infinity.
