The Judge's Rejection of the Michael Cohen Case

I think there's a real shot. I'm not sure where we stand in terms of the judge for instance, but let me just say this. In a lot of ways, a pre trial motion that just said, you know, dear judge, this case has to go away because Michael Cohen is a horrible witness actually doesn't usually win. There are some solid legal motions that I expect you'll see that are dispositive. So I think there's some interesting stuff coming that really could cut it long sort of any sort of jury trial or issue of judicial refusal. But he did say that he would be charged with 34 felonies, many of which are falsifying business records. And so
